Job Description Sales Lead Hollywood FL Full-Time, Direct Hire RESPONSIBILITIES: Own full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close deals with ABA therapy organizations Build and execute territory strategy using inbound leads, cold outreach, and networking Conduct product demos clearly articulating value (data collection, treatment planning, progress reporting, compliance, billing integration) Manage pricing negotiations and implementation timelines Work cross-functionally with implementation, customer success, and product teams to ensure successful onboarding QUALIFICATIONS: 2-3+ years B2B SaaS sales experience in quota-carrying role Aggressive, persistent sales approach with strong discovery and closing skills Technology interest and comfort explaining software to non-technical audiences Ability to work independently and build repeatable pipeline processes Strong communication skills, both written and verbal NICE-TO-HAVES: Familiarity with practice management or healthcare software Understanding of ABA therapy or behavioral health Experience in healthcare compliance or clinical operations Track record of exceeding quota COMPENSATION: $80 - $100k total comp (aroung $80k base) WHY THIS ROLE: Emerging, high-growth vertical with significant opportunity.
