Job description

Product Manager, SaaS
Remote, USA

ABOUT DECISIV:

  • Decisiv is redefining how the world's most complex physical assets are serviced and kept operating. Our Service Relationship Management (SRM) platform is the industry standard for commercial vehicle service ecosystems—connecting OEMs, dealers, fleets, and service providers on a single, real-time source of truth. Trusted by Volvo, Mack, Peterbilt, Kenworth, Hino, Isuzu, TICO, Wabash, Carrier, and others, the Decisiv SRM platform is the backbone of mission-critical service operations across the industry
  • More than a system of record, Decisiv is a system of engagement—the connective tissue that brings people, processes, and platforms together across the entire asset service lifecycle. Every new connection makes the platform more powerful, more intelligent, and more valuable to everyone in the network. Joining Decisiv means shaping the infrastructure that keeps global service ecosystems moving

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're looking for a Product Manager, SaaS with 3–5 years of product management experience to own and evolve key features and functional areas across Decisiv's flagship SRM platform - a mission-critical, multi-sided ecosystem that serves dealers, fleets, OEMs, and service providers at scale.

This is a high-growth opportunity for a PM who has built foundational experience in B2B SaaS and is ready to level up. At Decisiv, you'll step into a more complex, multi-sided environment - where the workflows you own directly impact how commercial vehicle service events are managed, approved, and completed across an entire industry ecosystem. You'll have the chance to re-think and re-design critical workflows including Estimate Creation, Communications, Scheduling, and Parts Inventory Intelligence, working directly with the customers and personas who depend on them every day.

You'll report directly to the Chief Product Officer and gain firsthand exposure to product strategy and leadership while working alongside a cross-functional team of Product Managers, UX Designers, Researchers, and Engineers. You'll have direct input into how Decisiv evolves its SaaS applications - contributing to OKR alignment, driving competitive research, and leveraging Pendo to measure feature usage and validate outcomes. You'll also help explore where AI-enabled agents and performance insights can reshape how our customers work.
This is a remote role based in the United States, with occasional travel for customer engagements and company events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a member of the Product organization, you will own and evolve key areas of the Decisiv SRM platform and help shape the future of commercial asset service:

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned features and functional areas of the SRM platform, from discovery and design through delivery, launch, and continuous improvement
  • Drive the re-design and re-thinking of critical SaaS workflows including Estimate Creation, Communications, Scheduling, and Parts Inventory Intelligence - with a focus on reducing friction and delivering measurable outcomes for every persona
  • Engage directly with customers and user personas across the Decisiv ecosystem - dealers, fleet managers, service providers, and OEM partners - to deeply understand their needs and translate insights into product decisions
  • Define and track outcome-based success metrics, leveraging Pendo to measure feature adoption, usage patterns, and the impact of product changes
  • Contribute to OKR definition and alignment, helping connect feature-level initiatives to broader product and business objectives
  • Drive competitive research and market analysis across SaaS workflow tooling, service management applications, and emerging AI-enabled solutions to inform roadmap priorities and positioning
  • Identify and explore opportunities to apply AI-enabled agents and performance insights to SRM workflows, improving speed, accuracy, and decision-making for customers across the ecosystem
  • Collaborate with UX Design and Research to ensure features are grounded in user needs and deliver intuitive, high-quality experiences for every persona
  • Lead and participate in Agile/Scrum teams, driving focused iteration and balancing near-term delivery with longer-term product quality and scalability
  • Partner with Customer Success and Account Management to gather feedback, understand adoption challenges, and ensure product changes translate to customer value
  • Support product strategy discussions alongside the CPO and Product leadership team, contributing perspectives informed by customer engagement, data, and market research
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing on feature launches, including positioning, release communications, and customer-facing materials

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3–5 years of Product Management experience building and shipping features in B2B SaaS products, with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a product area or functional domain
  • Proven ability to engage customers and translate insights into well-defined requirements, user stories, and product decisions that deliver measurable value
  • Experience defining and tracking outcome-based success metrics, using product analytics tools (Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar) to measure adoption and guide iteration
  • Comfort navigating multi-stakeholder environments, aligning cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and go-to-market
  • Demonstrated experience conducting competitive research and market analysis to inform roadmap priorities and product positioning
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a track record of delivering iteratively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills—able to articulate product decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership
  • High degree of curiosity, ownership, and accountability - energized by complex problems, comfortable in ambiguity, and driven to see ideas through to impact
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience working closely with technical teams

Strong Pluses:

  • Experience with complex, multi-sided SaaS platforms that serve multiple user personas or connect multiple participant types within a shared ecosystem
  • Exposure to workflow-intensive or operationally complex applications—service management, scheduling, estimating, communications, or inventory in B2B environments
  • Hands-on experience or strong curiosity around AI-enabled product features—agents, intelligent automation, or data-driven performance insights embedded in SaaS workflows
  • Familiarity with commercial vehicle, fleet management, telematics, heavy equipment, transportation, or automotive industries
  • Experience with OKR frameworks and connecting feature-level work to measurable business and customer outcomes
  • Familiarity with Pendo or similar product analytics platforms for in-app engagement tracking, usage measurement, and outcome validation
