Job description

Stellic is growing! We're looking for a Marketing Specialist, Product & Content to join our Marketing team at the intersection of product marketing and content. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you'll shape how Stellic is positioned, build the content and campaigns that drive awareness and pipeline, and create the assets that help our team win in market.
ABOUT US
We're building a future where every student can move through their education with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Our platform transforms the student experience, giving them then tools they need to make the right decisions about their degree plans, track their journey, and build an education and career path that's truly their own.

ABOUT YOU
You're a strong writer and content creator who doesn't want to just write - you want to own the full picture. You think in positioning and messaging frameworks, not just blog posts, and you're energized by the intersection of product and go-to-market. You're comfortable in front of a camera, fluent in short-form and social content, and excited about using AI tools to move faster and smarter. You're the kind of person who sees a content gap or a positioning opportunity and fills it before anyone asks.
AS OUR MARKETING SPECIALIST, YOU WILL OWN
  • Content Creation: Produce a high volume of compelling content across formats - written, video, short-form social, and more - that speaks directly to the challenges facing higher education institutions and the value Stellic delivers.
  • Product Marketing Support: Support development of key PMM deliverables including messaging frameworks, positioning docs, and launch materials - translating what Stellic builds into narratives that resonate with buyers and champions.
  • Campaign Messaging: Develop messaging and content for demand generation campaigns in close partnership with the broader marketing team, ensuring every asset is sharp, on-brand, and built to convert.
  • Sales Enablement: Build and maintain the assets that help our sales team sell - battle cards, one-pagers, and pitch materials that reflect sharp, up-to-date positioning.
  • SEO/AEO Content: Create and optimize content for search and answer engine discoverability, helping Stellic show up where buyers are already looking.
  • AI-Powered Workflows: Leverage AI tools and platforms to build bots, agents, and automations that help the marketing team move faster and punch above its weight.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU SHOULD HAVE
  • 2-4 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or a related role at a B2B SaaS company
  • Exceptional writing skills - you can write clearly and persuasively across formats, audiences, and channels
  • Video content experience - you're comfortable creating and editing short-form video for social and marketing purposes
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools - you actively use and experiment with AI to build workflows, automate tasks, and create content faster
  • Familiarity with SEO/AEO best practices and how to write content that ranks and answers
  • Strong research instincts - you can synthesize competitive intel and market trends into clear, actionable insights
  • A bias toward execution - you don't wait for perfect briefs, you figure it out and ship it
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
