Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff as needed
  • Assist with filing of paperwork and documents per request of the Office Manager
  • Verifying the accuracy of documents
  • Preparing and mailing accounts payable checks
  • Other accounting duties as assigned
  • Provide backup to other staff as necessary and as assigned by the direct supervisor

Here's what you'll need:
  • 1 year of experience in a dealership position is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products highly preferred
  • Willingness and desire to learn
  • Must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, higher education preferred
