What are Rye Goods?

Rye goods are baked products made primarily from rye flour, which gives them a distinct flavor and texture compared to wheat-based goods. Common rye goods include rye breads, rolls, crackers, and pastries, often popular in European cuisines, especially in countries like Germany and Russia.
