Position Details
  • Location: 6775 Trade Center Ave Billings, MT 59101
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am to 4pm
  • Employment Type: Full Time, Full Benefits
  • Pay Rate/Salary: $18 to $20 per hour

What You'll Do
This is a front-line sales role with broad responsibility -- you'll be the face of Ryder's rental operation in your market. Your day-to-day will span:
Sales and Marketing
  • Own the full sales process for inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting
  • Execute your business unit's marketing plan and maintain accurate customer data
  • Maximize rate opportunities and generate leads for rental, lease, and used vehicle sales
  • Build and expand relationships with an existing customer base while actively developing new ones
  • Coordinate inventory levels to meet customer demand and drive market share

Operations and Asset Management
  • Take ownership of the profitability, operations, and asset management of your rental location
  • Partner cross-functionally with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales, and Marketing
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations
  • Develop deep knowledge of your local market to maximize fleet utilization

Customer Experience
  • Drive profitable revenue growth through strong, ongoing customer relationships
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Resolve customer concerns and disputes quickly and professionally
