  • Strong interest in long-term leadership within the Chick-fil-A system
  • High personal standards and strong follow-through
  • Humility, initiative, and emotional maturity

Leadership at Chick-fil-A Avalon Park is earned through service, consistency, results, and the ability to develop others. All applicants begin as a team member and are promoted within.

Ideal Candidate

This opportunity is best suited for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants significant responsibility, direct coaching, real business experience, and a long-term leadership foundation. The strongest candidates are motivated by growth, impact, responsibility, and the opportunity to become the kind of leader others want to follow.

This is not an entry-level team member position. We’re looking for individuals who desire a long-term leadership opportunity, are eager to grow through coaching and responsibility, and are committed to investing in both themselves and our team.

Working at a Chick-fil-A® restaurant is more than a job – it’s an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment. Most Chick-fil-A restaurants are locally owned and operated by independent, franchised Operators who invest in the future of their Team Members and give back to their communities.
