Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced AS400 / Synon Technical Lead with deep expertise in PBM/RxClaim core adjudication systems, Synon (CA/2E), COBOL/400, and AS400 mid-range technologies. This role requires a strong blend of technical leadership, hands-on development, PBM domain expertise, and client coordination.
Technical Skills Required
  • AS400 / iSeries Mid-Range Technologies
  • Synon (CA/2E) - 15+ years of hands-on programming
  • COBOL/400, COBOL ILE - 8+ years
  • CLLE, SQL, DB2/400
  • Experience working with ACMS / MOM
  • Strong understanding of ILE concepts, commit control, array handling
  • Proven experience developing large-scale PBM adjudication systems
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
