Job description

As the RVP of Channels & Alliances - Americas, you will lead the strategic direction, execution, and performance of our partner ecosystem across the Americas. This role is critical to accelerating growth through partnerships with global and regional system integrators, technology alliances, and value-added resellers. You'll drive joint business planning, partner enablement, and cross-functional alignment to scale our identity and access management solutions across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and lead the regional channels and alliances strategy to drive revenue, market expansion, and partner success.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners.
  • Own partner performance: pipeline, enablement, co-selling, and revenue contribution.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services teams to align and execute joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Negotiate partner agreements in line with business and legal objectives.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing regional alliances team.
  • Serve as a key voice to executive leadership on partner performance, market dynamics, and strategic opportunities.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive shifts, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • 15+ years in channels, alliances, or business development leadership roles within the enterprise software industry.
  • Proven success leading partner strategy and execution in a high-growth or global SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of the system integrator and reseller landscape in the Americas.
  • Exceptional leadership, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration experience and strategic mindset.
  • Experience driving partner enablement and joint go-to-market programs.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

USA: $163,000- $233,000 + Commission 
In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
