YOUR ROLE

  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers, inspect vehicles, and assess repair needs. Clearly explain necessary repairs and costs. Check in vehicles with photos and build trust. Schedule customer appointments using CCC calendar. Schedule deliveries and review repairs upon delivery. Perform follow-up calls and emails to ensure satisfaction. Resolve complaints and concerns professionally. Advocate for customer needs and ensure a positive experience.
  • Repair Planning & Estimating: Perform blueprinting with technicians to capture damage and create repair plans. Prepare accurate, itemized estimates using CCC ONE. Pull OEM repair procedures to ensure safety and quality. QC vehicles daily to ensure repair plan accuracy.
  • Parts & Documentation: Order and receive parts; post invoices daily using CCC and parts tools. Obtain repair authorizations and maintain documentation. Track repair progress and parts status daily. Coordinate sublet vendors for outsourced tasks.
  • Communication & Coordination: Provide regular updates to customers about progress, delays, or changes. Communicate in morning meetings about delayed parts and vehicles scheduled for delivery. Process payments, generate estimates, and handle billing.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Knowledge: Minimum 1 year of experience in a collision repair shop in a position such as an Auto Body Shop Estimator, Collision Shop Estimator, Service Writer, or Repair Planner Estimator. Familiarity with RV systems, parts, and repair processes is highly beneficial. An entrepreneurial spirit displayed in self-motivation and professional growth.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with staff and customers. A positive attitude and excellent time management skills. Ability to provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues effectively. Strong attention to detail, scheduling, and prioritization skills. Demonstrate ability to be flexible and adapt to an ever-changing work environment. Proficient with CCC One management system preferred.
  • Ability: Ability to climb, bend, push, lean, twist, reach, kneel, crouch, and perform other maneuvers associated with the job. Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a driving check (Motor Vehicle Record), felony / misdemeanor background check, and drug screen.
