Position Summary

The Housekeeping Attendant plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring our resort facilities, vacation rentals, and common areas are clean, sanitized, and beautifully maintained. Your attention to detail helps create the welcoming environment our guests expect and deserve.

What You'll Do
  • Create a welcoming environment for guests by ensuring the resort and vacation rental units are consistently clean, sanitized, and guest-ready.
  • Clean and sanitize resort buildings and common areas, including bathhouses, laundry facilities, clubhouse, offices, and other guest spaces.
  • Prepare vacation rental units by thoroughly cleaning bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas between guest stays.
  • Clean windows, mirrors, fixtures, appliances, and all high-touch surfaces to maintain a polished appearance.
  • Complete turnover inspections and report maintenance concerns, damaged items, or missing inventory.
  • Launder linens, towels, blankets, and other resort laundry.
  • Empty trash receptacles and maintain cleanliness throughout the resort.
  • Safely handle cleaning chemicals and follow all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Place and remove safety signage as needed while cleaning guest areas.
  • Help maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the resort grounds and facilities.
  • Work collaboratively with Guest Services and other departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
  • Work a flexible schedule that may include weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
  • Ability to lift, bend, stand, walk, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
  • Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person!
