**Active TS/SCI w/Polygraph REQUIRED** Please do not apply if you do not currently possess this level of clearance. ---------- Telework: None Basic Requirements: 7 years of experience as a software engineer Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline 2 additional years of experience as a software engineer may be substituted for a degree Job Description: The Software Engineer shall be responsible for developing, sustaining, and troubleshooting GHOSTGEM's software suite of applications including DINO and possibly future capabilities as mission needs arise. Software development activities include implementation, testing, and integration with other COTS, GOTS, and FOSS products, packages, and libraries.

Required Experience: Experience using the Linux CLI and Tools Experience developing scripts using Bash Recent Python (3.x) software development experience Experience with Rust programming concepts, or a willingness and aptitude to learn Rust Experience with NoSQL databases including MongoDB Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and containerd Experience with container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes Experience creating Helm Charts to deploy containerized services on Kubernetes Familiar with Messaging Frameworks including RabbitMQ Familiar with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools including GitLab CI Familiar with IaC principles, methodologies, and tools such as Ansible Experience using Git Source Control System Desired Experience: Experience with SQL databases including PostgreSQL Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite including Jira and Confluence Salary: $230,000 - $240,000 annually ---------- Excellent benefits package including 25 days PTO, 11 paid holidays, 100% employer-paid healthcare for employees and dependents - available day 1, 8% 401(k) employer match - immediate vesting.
