Remote Role Job Overview: We are seeking a Rust Developer focused on building and enhancing Windows user mode applications. In this role, you will apply your expertise to deliver clean, reliable, and maintainable software. This is more than a coding job as you will help shape how organizations defend against ransomware threats at every stage, utilizing AI technologies to identify threats in real time. Must Have Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Rust with at least 3 years of experience
  • Experience with C and C++ is a strong plus
  • In-depth understanding of Windows application internals, including IPC mechanisms and the Windows Security Model
  • Proficiency in building Windows user interfaces using frameworks such as Qt or GTK
  • Solid grasp of system architecture and advanced debugging techniques
  • Familiarity with Rust and C++ integration tools such as cbindgen, bindgen, cpp, autocxx, and the cxx crate
  • Knowledge of the Windows Device Driver Kit (WDK) and Windows Driver Framework (WDF)
Preferred Skills:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field
  • Proven experience using the Qt Framework for cross-platform desktop UI development
