  1. Rust Technical Leadership – Java to Rust Migration
    • Lead the design and execution of Java-to-Rust conversion for Edge applications, including:
      • Secure Connect Gateway
      • Policy Manager
      • Data Center back-end services.
  2. Rust Technical Leadership – C/C++ to Rust Migration
    • Lead the design and execution of C/C++-to-Rust conversion for Edge applications, including:
      • SSC (Secure Service Credentials)
  3. Capability Building / Knowledge Transfer
    • Train and mentor Dell senior SMEs on advanced Rust concepts and best practices
    • Enable internal SMEs to assume the Rust Technical Lead role by the end of the engagement
