Roles & Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of blockchain/DLT fundamentals, smart contracts, ledger state, consensus, and node/participant concepts.

• Design, develop, and maintain smart contracts (programs) on Solana using Rust.

• Build and deploy decentralized applications (dApps) interacting with Solana blockchain.

• Optimize solutions for high throughput and low latency, leveraging Solana’s architecture.

• Integrate blockchain solutions with backend services and APIs.

• Ensure security, reliability, and performance of blockchain applications.

• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging.

• Work with cross-functional teams including product, UX, and DevOps.

• Stay up to date with Solana ecosystem updates, tools, and frameworks.

• Implement wallet integrations (e.g., Phantom, Solflare).

• Participate in architectural decisions and technical design discussions.

• Hands-on experience with Solana blockchain development.

• Strong proficiency in Rust programming language.

• Experience with Anchor framework for Solana.
