A law firm in Manhattan is looking for a Russian speaking Immigration paralegal.
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Compensation: $25/hour
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and file employment-based petitions and applications (Forms I-140, I-485, I-765, 1-131, 1-907, I-824), ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Prepare and organize case materials and supporting documentation for filings and responses.
• Communicate with clients to collect information and provide updates.
• Track case progress, monitor deadlines, and update the case management system.
• Assist attorneys with drafting, proofreading, and quality control of filings and correspondence.
Requirements:
• Fluency in Russian and English required.
• Must be based in New York.
• Immigration experience preferred; employment-based experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
