Fluent Hebrew Required

We're looking for someone who speaks fluent Hebrew to work directly with our AI, Product, and R&D teams while managing restaurant clients across New York and New Jersey.

This is not a traditional Client Success role.

You'll be the bridge between restaurant owners and our Product & AI teams, helping shape new features, improve existing products, and ensure clients successfully adopt our technology.

As we expand our AI-powered solutions, we're looking for someone who can understand customer challenges, translate them into product improvements, and work closely with our development team to bring those ideas to life.

No coding experience is required.

What You'll Do

  • Manage relationships with restaurant clients across NY & NJ.
  • Visit restaurant clients regularly.
  • Lead client onboarding and training.
  • Gather product feedback and identify recurring issues.
  • Work closely with our Product, AI, and Development teams.
  • Help prioritize product improvements based on customer needs.
  • Ensure clients successfully adopt new product features.
  • Coordinate internally to resolve client issues.
  • Build long-term relationships with restaurant owners.
  • Travel throughout New York and New Jersey as needed.

QualificationsRequired

  • Fluent English.
  • Fluent Hebrew (Required).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel throughout NY & NJ.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Product, Project Management, Account Management, or similar.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Interest in AI and technology.

Preferred

  • Restaurant or hospitality experience.
  • Experience working directly with clients.
  • Product Management exposure.
  • Russian or Ukrainian is a plus.

Compensation

  • $80,000–$100,000 total annual compensation.
  • $24/hour base pay.
  • Overtime paid at $36/hour.
  • W-2 employment.
  • Full benefits.

Location Requirement: Candidates should be based in Northern New Jersey or nearby areas, including Paterson, Fort Lee, Jersey City, Union City, West New York, Newark, Elizabeth, or within approximately a 45-minute commute.
