Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote therapy sessions through our secure, user-friendly online platform, leveraging technology to ensure effective communication and engagement.
• Assess client needs in detail, forming a comprehensive understanding that allows for the development of tailored treatment plans that reflect each client's unique situation.
• Monitor client progress through structured feedback and ongoing assessment, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to maximize therapeutic effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on clients using our health care management software, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with other mental health professionals when appropriate, facilitating holistic care strategies that enhance client outcomes.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and legal regulations in all aspects of the therapeutic process, ensuring the highest level of care and trust.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other complex mental health issues. The remote nature of this role allows you to reach underserved populations, including those in rural or isolated areas who may not otherwise have access to mental health services. Your commitment to meeting clients' needs will contribute significantly to their overall well-being and recovery journey.

Qualifications

• a Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, including options such as LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Proven experience in providing individual therapy, with an understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
• Adept at using technology for remote therapy sessions, demonstrating proficiency with digital communication tools and platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong capability to work independently while also collaborating within a supportive team environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth or remote therapy settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and a range of therapeutic techniques can enhance client care.
• Experience working with specific populations, such as youth, veterans, or individuals with co-occurring disorders.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
