Job description

Dover Bible Church is a church located in rural Illinois and is seeking a pastor to join the elder team as a "leader among equals." It is expected that the pastor will demonstrate Holy Spirit-filled servant leadership and continue to grow the gospel footprint of the church and lead in the shepherding of the congregation.
