Examples of the Main job duties of a Assistant Manager are included but not limited to: Prior Retail Management Experience, excellent customer service, the ability to communicate effectively with your team, basic math skills, ability to set financial goals, make sound business decisions, assist in hiring and training, and termination of employees, manage and delegate duties and responsibilities to staff and supervisors effectively, create work schedules, maintain and enforce controls and procedures that are 100% in compliance with all applicable authorizes and requirements, help create a great culture with the store.
All employees must be at least 21 years of age and will be subject to a background check prior to hire, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required. For this position it is required to have , the ability to multitask, able to preform duties related to moderate to arduous physical exertion involving standing for prolonged periods, walking, running, and climbing of stairs or ladders.
This is current position is considered Full-Time about 40 hours a week. You would report to Store Manager.
