We hand you the leads, the training, and the tech — you focus on clients and closings.


Coverage spans Myrtle Beach, Conway, North Myrtle Beach, and the surrounding communities.

What Being on This Team Actually Gets You:

  1. A steady lead pipeline. Qualified buyer and seller leads flowing across the Grand Strand — not just whatever you can generate on your own.

  3. Contracts and transactions off your plate. Our back-office team handles the paperwork so you can stay in front of clients.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  1. Working warm leads through to closed transactions.
  2. Running buyer and seller consultations, showings, and expectation-setting.
  3. Keeping your CRM current — notes, tasks, follow-ups.
  4. Guiding clients through listings, offers, and negotiations.
  5. Growing your personal brand while riding the team's overall momentum.


What You Bring:

  1. A South Carolina real estate license (active, or actively in progress).
  2. Strong people skills and a service-first approach.
  3. Openness to learning new systems and staying organized.
  4. Genuine drive and consistent follow-through.
