The Diamond V - Ruminant Nutrition District Sales Manager will lead and develop strategy, sales teams and processes to achieve revenue targets. In this role, you will provide strategic vision and tactical direction, oversee and direct the responsibilities of mountain southwest sales team and represent the organization in promoting and selling the company's products and services.
This will be a home office role but needs to reside in Texas, New Mexico, Idaho, Utah. Up to 60% of travel is required to cover the area of responsibility.

We provide expert, experienced, technical support to our customers to help keep their animals healthy and grow their businesses. Based on 80 years of research and development, Diamond V continues to explore and innovate in postbiotic and microbial fermentation science and technology.
- Organize and coordinate sales operations in a specified geographical area.
- Evaluate market potential and the status of sales in the area.
- Plan and organize sales projects and activities for a geographical area.
- Plan, develop and deliver the marketing strategy for products, services and associated brands.
- Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a sales team, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.
