Role: Ruby on Rails Developer
Location: Iowa (Onsite)
Experience: 2+ years
Education: Master's degree required
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable REST APIs using Ruby on Rails
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
• Design and optimize database schemas and implement effective design patterns
• Develop and maintain background jobs and system integrations
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams
• Follow TDD, CI/CD, Agile/SCRUM, refactoring, and coding standards
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve performance and scalability,
Qualifications:
• Master's degree
2+ years of experience as a Ruby on Rails Developer
• Strong knowledge of Ruby, Ruby on Rails, RDBMS, and OOP concepts
• Solid understanding of database design and software design patterns
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery
