What We Offer
• Full-time position with pay ranging from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour.
• Full Time: 40 hrs./5-day work week (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday), weekends as needed.

Responsibilities
• Adjust inset and overlay cabinet doors.
• Install specialty pullouts.
• Install toe kicks, lighting rails, and appliance panels.
• Install shelves.
• Perform touch-up work and various punch list tasks.
• Provide pictures of completed work.
• Notify the coordinator immediately of items that are missing, damaged, or cannot be completed.
• Communicate work details to the coordinator at the start and end of each day.
• Complete assigned work with strong attention to detail and quality.

• Proven experience in general carpentry, adjusting cabinet doors and installing cabinet hardware is required.
• Must communicate proficiently with the team and coordinator.
• Strong attention to detail, precision, and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more and work comfortably on ladders.
• Must be able to communicate proficiently in English.
Physical Demands
• The position requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and using hand tools for extended periods.
• The ability to push, pull, or lift 5-10 pounds occasionally, and lift 10 to 50 pounds regularly.
