Allina Academy, RTC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team in New Castle, Colorado. This full-time, remote role is pivotal in delivering high-quality mental health services to individuals, groups, and families within a supportive community health clinic setting. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead therapeutic sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to guide individuals and groups toward achieving their mental health goals.
  • Monitor patient progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with evolving needs and challenges.
  • Refer clients to additional specialists or resources when needed, ensuring comprehensive care and support for holistic health.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role as an LMFT will focus on a diverse array of clients, including individuals, couples, and families dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and more. You will work towards empowering clients by providing them with the tools and guidance needed to overcome their challenges and thrive in their personal and social contexts.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
  • Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and engage meaningfully in their therapeutic journey.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage a diverse workload effectively.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience providing therapy in a clinical setting, including individual and group therapy, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with various evidence-based therapeutic techniques and tools used to address mental health issues.
