Mechanic II- Frac

As an Mechanic II- Frac, you will diagnose and perform complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs on company assets, including DOT and Completions Services equipment.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on DOT and Completions Services equipment according to company standards and timelines Accurately document maintenance activities, failures, and repairs in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Identify, order, and replace parts and equipment as needed Troubleshoot and diagnose complex equipment issues Conduct routine tool and equipment inspections, ensuring cleanliness and functionality Support and assist lower-level Mechanics in completing repairs and maintenance tasks

Qualifications

About You (Qualifications & Experience)

We are looking for dedicated individuals who bring expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic to our team. Ideal candidates will have:

Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical/vocational certificate preferred

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of related mechanical experience in equipment maintenance and repair

Licenses: Valid Driver License required; DOT License preferred

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer use

Familiarity with RTA Fleet Management Software preferred

Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Additional Skills:

Strong communication and time management skills

Ability to work under pressure and solve complex problems

Your Work Schedule & Hours

Work shifts up to 12 hours

Overtime as needed

10/5 Rotation Schedule (Ten days on, 5 days off)

Hours may vary based on operational needs
