Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital in the beautiful Temecula Valley is assisting our partner OB Hospitalist Group with recruiting an OB/GYN Hospitalist to join the team and provide services at our hospital. OBHG OB/GYN Hospitalists are the in-house experts whose ability to handle any obstetric emergency dramatically improves patient safety and satisfaction.
We are seeking OB/GYNs with exceptional clinical and communication skills, a passion for healthcare quality improvement, and a desire to shape the future of our specialty. The opportunity involves working collaboratively with local obstetricians to ensure that every pregnant woman who presents to the hospital is cared for by an experienced physician every time.

Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital is a 120-bed acute-care facility in Murrieta, CA named as a 2026 High Performing Hospital for Maternity Care by U.S. News & World Report. The Family Birth Center at RSH is the largest birthing center in the region and offers 17 private L&D suites, 24 post-partum rooms, triage areas, C-section ORs, a dedicated PACU unit, OB hospitalists onsite 24/7, and a Level III NICU staffed by neonatologists from Rady Children's Hospital. RSH's Emergency Department serves 50,000 patients a year, offering a 24/7 OB ED and the region's only Pediatric Emergency Services team staffed by board certified emergency physicians from Rady Children's.
