Job description

Customer Service Rep

As an RPM Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the first and sometimes only point of contact for our customers. You play a key role in creating smiles by making lives easier through excellent service, professionalism, and a positive attitude. You represent the Domino's brand and help create a welcoming experience for every Customer.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
  • Uphold and represent RPM and Domino's brand standards.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
  • Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
  • Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
  • Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
  • Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be 16 years of age or older (work permit required in some locations).
  • Willingness to learn and participate in required training programs.
  • Strong communication and basic math skills.
  • Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
  • Ability to work at stations 36"–48" high and reach shelves up to 72".
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
