Responsibilities
  1. Process Assessment and Analysis: Partner with business analysts and subject matter experts to understand, map, and document current-state processes. Identify and evaluate opportunities for automation. Analyze workflows, inputs, and outputs to determine technical and operational feasibility.
  2. RPA Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath. Build and maintain reusable scripts, components, and workflows. Configure bots to interact with applications, databases, and enterprise systems. Implement comprehensive error handling and exception management to ensure reliability.
  3. Integration: Integrate RPA solutions with internal and third-party systems. Collaborate with IT teams to enable secure, efficient data exchange across platforms.
  4. Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous validation to ensure accuracy, stability, and alignment with business requirements. Troubleshoot, debug, and remediate defects identified during testing.
  5. Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of solution design, configurations, and change history. Develop user guides and training materials for stakeholders.
  6. Monitoring and Maintenance: Track bot performance and respond promptly to incidents or failures. Deliver enhancements, updates, and optimizations to existing automations.
  7. Compliance and Security: Ensure adherence to data privacy, security standards, and regulatory requirements. Apply best practices for credential management, access control, and auditability.
  8. Training and Support: Educate end-users and business partners on RPA capabilities and benefits. Provide ongoing support and assist with issue resolution.
  9. Continuous Improvement: Remain current on emerging RPA tools, features, and industry best practices. Proactively identify new automation opportunities and scalability initiatives.
