Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions.
  • Integrate IAM systems with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
  • Manage provisioning, authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
  • Conduct security assessments and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable IAM solutions.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in IAM engineering and development.
  • Strong expertise in SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or similar IAM tools.
  • Solid understanding of SSO, MFA, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect.
  • Proficiency in scripting/development (Java, Python, PowerShell, or similar).
  • Knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, or IAM tool-specific) are a plus.
