Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Python / UiPath Developer to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions and scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python development along with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath, enabling efficient business process automation and integration across systems.

 

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Alpharetta, GA is $105k - $115k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots).
  • Build scalable and high-performance applications using Python (Advanced level).
  • Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Develop reusable automation components and frameworks.
  • Integrate UiPath automation with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automation workflows.
  • Ensure code quality, version control, and adherence to best practices.
  • Work on exception handling, logging, and monitoring for automation workflows.
  • Support production deployments and provide ongoing maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Python (OOPs, multithreading, scripting, REST APIs)
  • Proven experience in UiPath RPA development (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework)
  • Experience in process automation, screen scraping, data extraction, and workflow design
  • Knowledge of API integrations (REST/SOAP)
  • Experience with databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with version control tools like Git

 

Preferred Skills

  • UiPath certification (e.g., UiPath Advanced RPA Developer)
  • Experience with AI/ML integration or document understanding in UiPath
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
