Diversified Radiology is a thriving and growing 75+ radiologist group founded in 1927 and partnered with Lumexa Imaging. Our practice is dedicated to providing quality, subspecialized care and expertise in Denver, Colorado and throughout the nation via teleradiology. Our practice is truly 'diversified' providing subspecialized diagnostic and interventional excellence to improve patient care with different hospital systems, independent outpatient imaging centers, tertiary care centers, community hospitals, specialty practices, and stand-alone ED and urgent care centers in 18 states and growing. This position is responsible for enhancing patient care by assisting the radiologist in the performance of various procedures, usually under image guidance, in the diagnostic imaging environment. The scope of work is ultimately defined by the supervising Radiologist and facility in which assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient-Centric Focus: Your primary focus will always be the patient's well-being. Developing and maintaining meaningful patient relationships while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Cutting-Edge Technology: Operate state-of-the-art computerized and diagnostic imaging equipment while maintaining and calibrating radiologic equipment.
  • Varied Procedures: Fluoroscopic procedures including but not limited to barium studies, arthrograms, HSG, and lumbar puncture/myelography.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Completion of an accredited RPA program recognized by the Certification Board of Radiology Practitioner Assistants (CBRPA) or an education program recognized by ARRT.
  • Certification: Current certification as an RPA by CBRPA or RRA by ARRT, or eligibility for certification exams.
  • Licensing: Licensed with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and credentialed to provide primary radiology healthcare under physician supervision.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years prior experience as a Radiology Technologist.
  • Continuous Learning: Maintain Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification and participate in continuing education activities.
  • Additional Skills: Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and experience in a regulated healthcare facility.

Benefits:
  • One year retention bonus opportunity of $10k if all eligibility requirements are met ($5k at 6-month anniversary, and $5k at 1 year anniversary).
  • Second Year retention bonus opportunity of $10k on 2nd anniversary if all eligibility requirements are met.
