Job description

The Royalty Transplant Foundation is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to serve as Founding Board Members. Founded by a two-time liver transplant recipient, our organization is committed to ensuring that no transplant patient or family faces the transplant journey alone.

As a Founding Board Member, you will help shape the future of a growing nonprofit by providing strategic leadership, supporting fundraising efforts, strengthening community partnerships, and advancing our mission. We welcome professionals from diverse backgrounds who are passionate about making a meaningful difference.

We are especially interested in individuals with experience in:

  • Finance or Accounting
  • Healthcare or Patient Advocacy
  • Law or Compliance
  • Fundraising & Development
  • Marketing & Communications
  • Human Resources
  • Corporate Partnerships
  • Technology
  • Nonprofit Leadership
  • Community Outreach

Responsibilities:

  • Attend monthly virtual board meetings.
  • Participate in strategic planning and organizational growth.
  • Support fundraising and community engagement efforts.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the Foundation.
  • Contribute professional expertise to strengthen the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Passion for our mission.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Professional experience in any of the areas listed above is preferred.
  • Previous nonprofit board experience is welcomed but not required.
