Position Summary:

The Account Specialist, Routing & Optimization is responsible for maintaining equipment levels, identifying, and engaging Transportation Service Providers, explaining client requirements, file maintenance, and performing administrative and clerical tasks as needed. This position will work as a liaison between EverDriven and our clients, providing guidance, direction, and feedback to operational managers as well as working in collaboration with EverDriven departments.

Position Details

  • Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM MST
  • Shift Availability: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM MST
  • Compensation: $16/hour (Fulltime Hours)
  • Location: Remote / Work From Home

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for school districts, primarily via email (routing, dispatch, and customer service inquiries)
  • Process change requests, including student additions and removals, in a timely manner
  • Maintain and optimize transportation routes for efficiency
  • Build quotes and conduct route analysis
  • Manage and update calendars, including holidays, early dismissals, and emergency weather updates
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Experience with school transportation routing preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
