Job description

We're looking for a Routing Clerk with wholesale or fulfillment experience to coordinate Wholesale orders from routing requirements through shipment at a fulfillment center. This role is the link between Customer Service, Operations, and Shipping: translating customer routing guides into clear floor instructions, tracking orders against ship windows, and catching problems before they turn into missed deadlines.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret customer Wholesale Routing Guides and shipping instructions
  • Translate routing requirements into clear, actionable instructions for Operations and Shipping
  • Verify carrier, service level, carton, pallet, labeling, and documentation requirements are followed
  • Monitor orders against ship windows, scheduled pickups, and routing deadlines
  • Follow up with Operations when an order is at risk of missing its ship date
  • Communicate special routing, packing, or labeling requirements to Supervisors, Leads, and floor associates
  • Investigate shipment discrepancies and own issues through to resolution
  • Maintain accurate tracking, records, and documentation, and support audits when required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, shipping, routing, or order management preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret detailed customer instructions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar systems
  • Ability to prioritize multiple orders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication with both office and warehouse teams
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Experience with WMS, ERP, TMS, or order management systems a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
