Job description

  • Start the day by organizing the paperwork for all deliveries and pick ups so the route can run efficiently. Use the paperwork as a guide so that the truck can be loaded accurately.
  • Drivers are responsible for all orders for a specific route. Any issues with orders whether missing or otherwise must be communicated to management.
  • All deliveries and pick ups must be signed for using the handheld provided.
  • Deliveries will be made to all designated areas at each customer's location. There may be multiple locations at each stop depending on the customer. Must be able to carry 75 pounds up one flight of stairs.
  • Once completing the day the trucks must be cleaned out and no merchandise left on the truck. Any issues with an order or a pickup must be addressed with management before the end of the day.
  • All drivers are responsible for the care and up keep of all equipment provided. This includes all uniforms, hand trucks and delivery trucks.
