UniFirst Uniforms is HIRING - ROUTE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES/DRIVERS

for: EVERETT, WA

*** ONE DAY ONLY / In-Person Interviews / WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 19***

$55,000 - $70,000 Annually (Salary + Commissions)

  • Paid Weekly

  • Start Times as early as 4 AM to 6 AM (depending upon route)

A UniFirst Route Service Representative (RSR) is a customer-facing, field-based role responsible for delivering, picking up, and managing inventory of uniforms and facility service products (mats, towels) on a designated route. RSRs act as the primary contact for customers, focusing on service retention, upselling new products, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a physical, fast-paced, Monday–Friday role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service & Sales: Deliver uniforms and facility products, handle customer requests, and identify opportunities to upsell new items to existing accounts.
