Route Sales Representative – Frozen Beverage (Slushies)

Join our esteemed coffee and frozen beverage distribution company with 25 years of industry excellence as a Route Sales Representative focused on selling, maintaining, and growing our frozen beverage portfolio, including slushies, Lemonades and Aqua Fresca beverages . Previous route or beverage sales experience is required. In this role, you will own a set territory, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth by actively selling and supporting our frozen and juice products at customer locations, while also handling deliveries and basic machine/product maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales of frozen beverage products (primarily slushies) by presenting promotions, recommending products, and increasing volume and placements at existing accounts.
  • Maintain and grow an assigned route by regularly visiting customers, checking inventory, suggesting orders, and identifying new sales opportunities within the territory.
  • Deliver frozen beverage products to customer locations, verify deliveries against invoices, and ensure products are properly rotated, stocked, and merchandised in freezers and machines.
  • Collect customer payments, secure invoices, and return all funds and paperwork to the office at the end of the day in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Provide basic support on frozen beverage equipment (such as slush machines), including simple troubleshooting, reporting service issues, and coordinating with service teams when needed.
  • Accurately count, inspect, and load products onto the truck each morning to ensure correct inventory and product quality for the day’s route.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized delivery/sales vehicle and follow all company safety, driving, and operational procedures.

Work Schedule
  • Days: Monday – Friday (occasional Saturdays as needed)
  • Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3–5 years of route sales, beverage distribution, or general delivery experience (commercial cargo van / box truck experience required).
  • Proven experience in customer service and account management, with a strong focus on upselling and relationship building.
  • Comfortable handling cash, working with invoices, and closing out daily route paperwork.
  • Knowledge of GPS and route mapping software.
  • Basic mechanical and electronic troubleshooting skills (experience with beverage or refrigeration equipment is a plus).
  • Experience in distribution, warehouse, or food & beverage environments.
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass pre‑employment testing (drug screen, background check, physical abilities test).
  • Reliable transportation to commute to work.
