Job description

Are you dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently? Do you enjoy being on the road, interacting with people, and solving problems on the spot? If so, we’d love to meet you.

We are seeking responsible, professional individuals to join our team as a Route Collector. This is a key, client-facing position and truly the heartbeat of our business. You’ll manage your own assigned route, build strong relationships with our business partners, and ensure our amusement equipment is clean, stocked, and running smoothly.


What You’ll Do
  • Prepare your company vehicle with daily supplies, merchandise, and required paperwork

  • Travel to partner locations

  • Collect, clean, and restock machines on your assigned route

  • Use a mobile collection app and printer to provide accurate receipts and maintain detailed records

  • Perform minor repairs and adjustments to keep equipment operational

  • Identify opportunities to improve equipment placement and performance at each location

  • Communicate equipment issues requiring advanced repair to management

  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule once fully trained (additional compensation provided)

What We’re Looking For
  • Valid Driver’s License from current state, with a clean driving record (minimum 5 years licensed)

  • Ability to pass background screening, pre-employment, and random drug testing

  • Comfortable driving throughout the day and working independently

  • Physically able to frequently exit the vehicle, bend, walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs

  • Mechanically inclined (experience with vehicles, low-voltage electrical, power tools, or general repairs is a plus)

  • Comfortable learning mobile apps and handheld technology

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to adjust communication approach based on context and situation; strong interpersonal communication skills

  • Cash handling experience preferred

  • Willingness to participate in rotating after-hours on-call schedule (non-negotiable; additional compensation provided)
