Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Delivery Expert to join our team at our Louisville, United States location (816 Eastern Parkway). In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism. As a Delivery Expert, you will play a critical role in our logistics operations, coordinating with warehouse teams, managing delivery schedules, and resolving any issues that may arise during the delivery process.

  • Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficient and timely product delivery to customers
  • Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to confirm product availability and prepare shipments
  • Manage multiple delivery stops and prioritize routes based on customer requirements and geographic location
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery schedules, tracking information, and any potential delays
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including documentation, signatures, and delivery confirmations
  • Identify and resolve delivery-related issues, such as address discrepancies or customer concerns, in a professional manner
  • Monitor and track delivery performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Utilize delivery management systems and GPS technology to track shipments and optimize logistics operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and customer service standards
  • Collaborate with team members to support overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in delivery operations, logistics coordination, or supply chain management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with delivery management systems, GPS navigation technology, and logistics software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Physical capability to handle delivery-related tasks, including loading and unloading products
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking processes (preferred)
  • Experience with route optimization and multi-stop delivery management (preferred)
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools (preferred)
