We're looking for reliable, enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, ensuring that every delivery is completed safely, efficiently, and with a friendly smile.   • Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver products within designated delivery areas throughout Louisville
  • Navigate multi-story buildings, adverse terrain, and various address locations using strong navigational and map-reading skills
  • Provide outstanding customer service by interacting professionally with customers during each delivery
  • Accurately process orders and handle monetary transactions, ensuring correct change is given
  • Stock and organize ingredients and supplies from delivery vehicles to storage areas
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic equipment operation and maintenance checks
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding delivery status and customer feedback
  • Meet strict quality control standards and delivery time commitments
  • Handle multiple deliveries during peak hours while maintaining composure and efficiency
  • Comply with all safety protocols and company policies while operating company vehicles
  • Assist with general store operations and inventory management as needed
Qualifications

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards
  • Access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
  • Ability to read maps and locate addresses accurately within designated delivery areas
  • Strong navigational skills and ability to navigate multi-story buildings and challenging terrain
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with computer keyboards and touch screen technology
  • Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Ability to make correct monetary change and process transactions accurately
  • Strong motor coordination and hand-eye coordination for precise movements
  • Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
  • Physical capability to lift, carry, and handle deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Resilience and ability to work effectively under stress during peak delivery hours

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Previous customer service or delivery experience
  • Knowledge of Louisville area geography
  • Experience with delivery route optimization
