As a Route Sales Driver, you will service stores in your local area supported with the strategy and resources to change the face of snacking. Job Description

  • Establish an efficient route schedule of stores with accounts in an assigned area.
  • Ability to comprehend period sales, programs, and promotions to achieve successful sales, distribution, and placement of products.
  • Analyze and explore the market to identify opportunities for new products, service, and shelf space in current and new accounts.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and issues and solve them with assistance of management.
  • Maintain and update the condition of in store display units and sales material.
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers while establishing good communication to aide in the increase of sales.
  • Ability to rotate and maintain accurate inventory of products in store and on truck using the FIFO system.
  • Able to use technology, cloud software program (Encompass), to track day to day activities such as: truck inventory, store inventories, product returns, credits and invoices.
  • Track expenses in app-based software (Concur).
  • Able to manage company vehicle maintenance schedule with direct supervisor.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills/ sense of urgency.
  • Overnight stay required at company expense
  • This position will typically start at 4 am to match our customer's schedule.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must possess a valid divers license and have a good driving record
  • Ability to safely lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds as part of regular job duties.
Additional Information

The hourly rate range for this role is $17.65 - $24.27(hourly). Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, and candidate skill set and experience. Base pay is just one component of Jack Link's Total Rewards package for Team Members. Other rewards may include annual incentive and program-specific awards. Jack Link's provides a variety of benefits to eligible Team Members, including medical, dental and vision benefits, life and disability insurance, 401k participation, paid holidays, and paid time off.
