Job description

Safety-Kleen, a Clean Harbors company, in Brampton, ON is seeking a Sales and Service Representative (SSR) to join their safety conscious team! The SSR will be responsible for both daily waste pickup and delivery services at customer sites, along with executing sales-driven tasks such as upselling, cross-selling and generating new leads for our products and services. You will drive our sustainability mission by providing excellent service to our customers while promoting and delivering Safety-Kleen products and services.

  • Environmental services or waste industry experience highly preferred.
  • Familiarity Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems are an asset.
  • Physically able to perform job duties.

Route Service /Operations:

  • Operate a box truck to collect, transport, and deliver waste materials between customer sites, branch locations, and disposal facilities.
  • Complete scheduled service routes, pickups, and deliveries for a variety of customers on a daily basis.
  • Service parts washer systems, replace 15- and 30-gallon solution drums, and remove sediment from sinks.
  • Provide waste management services to automotive, fleet, and manufacturing customers while following safety and environmental procedures.
     

Sales Tasks: 

  • Drive revenue growth by upselling products and services, generating new leads, and expanding existing customer accounts.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and perform additional duties as required.
