About the Role:

We are looking for a Driver Helper at our Streamwood, IL location.  This role demands a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring each delivery experiences a comfortable and secure journey. Additionally, the role involves effective communication with drivers to accommodate special requests and provide assistance as needed. Ultimately, the Driver Helper contributes to the overall reputation and success of the transportation service by consistently delivering reliable, professional service.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type and a clean driving record.
  • Minimum age requirement as per state regulations for commercial or passenger transport.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screening as required by company policy.
  • Basic proficiency in English for effective communication with passengers and dispatch.
  • Physical ability to assist Drivers and handle vehicle-related tasks safely.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a professional driving or passenger transport role.
