Position Overview: The Logistics Supervisor oversees daily receiving, shipping, routing, will call, and building to building transition operations to ensure products move efficiently through our internal supply chain. This role leads a team, coordinates with carriers and internal departments, and ensures accuracy, safety, and on-time delivery.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead, train, and schedule logistics and warehouse staff to meet operational goals.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve delays or discrepancies.
  • Maintain documentation for shipments, receipts, and order movements.
  • Optimize logistics layout, workflow, and order handling processes.
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
  • Track KPIs such as order accuracy, on time delivery, and productivity.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English; Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
  • Effective in a variety of communication settings: 1:1, in small and large groups and among diverse styles and position levels of people. Attentively listens to others. Provides timely and helpful information to others. Encourages the open expression of diverse ideas and opinions.

  • Must understand MIL Logistics processes on a general level with an intermediate understanding to their relationship to customer success requirements.

Minimum Job Requirements:
  • High-school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain supervision.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • PC literate and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of shipping regulations, freight terms, and inventory control.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and manage multiple priorities.
  • Forklift and pallet jack experience.
  • May require lifting to 30 lbs.
  • Class C License - may be obtained during employment.
  • Individual must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • This position requires access to ITAR-controlled information and materials. The successful candidate must meet all ITAR eligibility requirements, including being a U.S. person as defined by ITAR.

Reports To: The Logistics Supervisor will report directly to the Customer Success Manager.
Hours: Standard office hours, some overtime will be required.
