Job description

Position: Roustabout Laborer

Employment Type: Full-Time

Summary: A Roustabout Laborer will be responsible for the completion of daily field and shop tasks, working safely and proficiently. This position is diverse and may vary on a daily basis. Various duties include working with hand tools, power tools and heavy equipment for facility construction and maintenance, wellhead tie-ins, cleaning of tanks and vessels, fence building and another other miscellaneous work that may arise. This position requires the ability to work in all types of weather conditions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform facility maintenance, repair and construction
  • Complete tasks using proper hand and power tools
  • Operate backhoes, skid-steers, telehandlers, man lifts and other equipment
  • Assist in installing and repairing piping, valves, pumps and motors
  • Drives crew truck and is responsible for safely transporting tools and equipment per company policy
  • Performs daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance
  • Perform general cleanup duties on locations and/or facilities
  • Comply with all safety policies, codes and regulations to protect the safety and health of all employees.
  • Willingness to cross-train and work among other divisions when needed
  • Other job duties, as assigned by management

This is a full-time position. This position regularly requires long hours, after hours and weekend work as job duties demand.
