M&M'S Mall of America is currently seeking Seasonal Part Time Associates !We are looking for immediate hires, who will work at least until early January 2027. There is the potential to extend into a permanent position after the seasonal role is over, based on business needs and job performance.

Job Overview:

Our Seasonal RetailAssociates will be trained in all areas of thesalesfloor and will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our Guests, whether in a character, character buddy, cashier,selling, ormerchandisingposition. This customer-facing role requires positivity, product knowledge and determination to create an unforgettable customer experience. We welcome unique personalities, just as our M&M brand is rooted in our unique characters!

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • Must be excited to SMILE and work in a fun, fast-paced environment to make every interaction a positively unforgettable experience for our guests while driving dailysalesandmetrics.
  • Must haveauthorizationto work in the U.S.
