Job description
This is a civilian position and does not require military experience (commission and enlistment)
Program Manager – Leadership Education Development (ROTC)
AUSA Center for Leadership
(Position anticipated to extend for one year)
The AUSA Center for Leadership is expanding and we need a leadership expert. This is more than a program management position-it's an opportunity to help shape the leadership development of future Army officers. As the ROTC Engagement and Program Manager, you'll build relationships with Army ROTC programs nationwide and connect cadets with experienced retired Army leaders who can share practical leadership lessons beyond the classroom. Your work will directly expand access to meaningful leadership development experiences that prepare future officers for the responsibilities they'll soon assume. The ROTC Engagement and Program Manager will also help plan, resource, rehearse, execute, and assess leadership programming in support of the Total Army (Active Component, Army National Guard, and U.S. Army Reserve) at the brigade level and below.
Great opportunity to join an experienced Center for Leadership team with talented and collegial co-workers who take pride in making AUSA the best it can be. AUSA has a 37.5-hour work week with a shortened workday on Fridays (8am-1:30pm) and a hybrid remote work schedule (3 days in office and 2 days remote). AUSA is an organization with a strong mission where you can make a difference. Learn everything we do at www.ausa.org.
Applications must include a cover letter. Applications submitted without cover letter will not be considered.
