Qualitrol, a Ralliant operating company, is seeking motivated early-career professionals to join our Research & Development / Manufacturing Early Career Rotational Program (ECRP). This structured program provides three 8-month rotations across R&D and manufacturing functions, designed to accelerate professional growth, strengthen technical expertise, and foster innovation.
As an R&D/Manufacturing ECRP Associate, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain exposure to industrialization, project management, and product design, while applying a strategic and agile approach to product portfolio analysis. This rotational program offers broad visibility across engineering and production disciplines, building a strong foundation for a career in innovation and product development.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to support product innovation and development.
  • Gain exposure to industrialization processes, project management, and product design.
  • Analyze product portfolios through a strategic and agile lens.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects that drive operational and strategic success.
