The Opportunity

As an Account Executive for our Point of Care (POC) franchise, you will be responsible for total account management and selling the full Roche Point of Care portfolio. This role requires positioning differentiated Molecular POC technology and IT connectivity solutions across the Integrated Health Network (IHN) continuum of care, encompassing both inpatient and outpatient environments. You will drive business growth by conducting high-impact presentations and workflow analyses that align our solutions with unique customer needs and shifting healthcare trends.

  • Generate new customer demand within the IHN segment across the full portfolio of Point of Care products.

  • Penetrate complex and large IHN accounts to gain access to and establish favor with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Translate customer workflow and clinical needs into internal actions while balancing key business priorities and financial goals.

  • Develop and execute territory-specific strategies to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Utilize outcomes from workflow analyses, process reviews, and impact studies to provide competitive differentiation.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal colleagues to share best practices and maintain active involvement in industry organizations.

Who you are
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • 3+ years of relevant sales or equivalent commercial experience.

  • Participation in an approved accelerated development, fellowship, or rotational program may be considered in lieu of experience.

Preferred
  • Documented experience working within the Point of Care diagnostic and Integrated Health Network (IHN) space.

  • Strong clinical and financial acumen with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes.

  • Experience selling medical device IT solutions or connected healthcare instruments.

  • This role is a field based role in Washington, DC

Relocation is not available for this role

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Washington DC is $86,700.00 - $160,900.00 USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below. [Benefits]
